I uses the countdown timer to make sure that I don't sit at my desk too long. I like that it is very easy and intuitive to set and has the automatic repeat option so I don't wait to start it again - much better for my productivity. The stopwatch is good, but I agree with the other review saying it would be nice to have the buttons on the side. I keep inadvertently hitting the lap button. Unfortunately, as a stopwatch, it doesn't live up to my expectations. The start/stop button is next to the face of the watch, not on the side where it would be more user-friendly. It is an elongated button, flat with the watch surface making it difficult to find and push in. I have resorted to using my fingernail, which works better but still takes several jabs to start or stop the timing.
